1. Corporate Identity
FELICIA HOSPITALITYâ„¢ is the flagship boutique hospitality brand operated exclusively by FELICIA IANCU INTERNATIONAL LTD (the "Company"). All contracts, invoices, agreements, and premium services are legally registered under this legal entity.
2. Assisted Direct Booking & Consultation Model
To guarantee maximum financial value, eliminate platform commissions, and protect our signature guest experience, we operate strictly via a 'Book Direct via Request & Personal Consultation' process. We do not offer cold, automated instant-booking calendars. Every stay, signature journey, and destination event begins with a formal enquiry, a personalized consultation, and an approved custom proposal prior to invoice issuance.
3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Because all our accommodation options and itineraries are meticulously tailored (bespoke) to our guests, and because we keep our direct pricing well below the market average by eliminating intermediate fees, all confirmed bookings, approved services, and payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, or partial rollbacks are permitted under any circumstance upon final confirmation.
4. Mandatory Travel Insurance Recommendation
Due to our firm non-refundable operating standard, FELICIA HOSPITALITYâ„¢ strongly advises and highly recommends that all clients independently purchase comprehensive travel insurance. It is the client's sole responsibility to secure adequate private insurance covering unforeseen personal disruptions, flight cancellations, or medical emergencies.
5. Seamless Keybox Access & Guest Support
To provide ultimate logistical freedom and stress-free check-ins, all our managed residences utilize a secure keybox/lockbox system. Guests can access their properties entirely at their own pace according to their check-in details. While arrival is autonomous, our dedicated support team remains fully available 24/7 via digital lines and telephone to assist you from the exact moment of your arrival.
